Can I designate my contribution?
Yes. There are multiple options for designating funds. Click on the drop down arrow in the SELECT ONE box to see your choices.
Can I schedule recurring contributions?
Yes. You can specify whether you want your contributions made one time, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, or annually. You may even set up multiple schedules. For instance, you could set up a monthly General offering contribution and a quarterly Benevolence or Missions contribution.
Can I access my giving statement online?
Yes! You have secure access to view your online giving as well as the contributions you’ve made on the weekends. Simply log into your profile page, click the Financial tab, and on the right you will see a section for Printable Statements.
Will I still receive a contribution statement?
Yes. You can review your giving statement in either of two ways. Review your statement online by logging into your Jacob's Well Online Community (JWOC) profile, or you may request to have a copy mailed to you by contacting Kim Studinger at 715.833.2050 or email@example.com.
What if I change debit cards or want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?
You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution at anytime, including the debit card, date, frequency and amount.
Is online giving secure?
Yes, All online contributions are handled through the Jacob's Well Online Commuity's, Church Community Builder (CCB) software. CCB provides secure service to thousands of churches using SSL encryption.
