How do I register my kids?
Make sure your family's registered on our system and parents have had their photos taken.
If you're new, this process takes just a minute and we're happy to help! ALL kids who attend
waterworks need to be electronically registered with an adult.
How do I check-in my kids?
At the kiosks, print out nametags for the family members who are attending that day. Take
your kids to their classrooms.
How do I check-out my kids?
Lifeguards stationed at the main exit will scan the bar code on your parent badge
which will check-out your child(ren).
Why do we need to have our pictures taken?
We want to make sure we have proper ID for those who are authorized to pick up your kids.
We're here to teach and PROTECT them...and we take this responsibility seriously! We'll
do our best to never allow a child to leave with an unauthorized person.
Can grandparents/family friends pick up my kids after services?
Yes. You may add other authorized persons to your regular list by following the standard
procedure. For a one time situation, simply inform the lifeguards as you bring your kids
into waterworks. Remember, we need to see a photo ID when they're picked up.
What do I do if I see my kid's badge number on the auditorium screen?
(Kid badge numbers are listed on your parent badge)
Please bring your badge with you and proceed directly to your children's class room.
How can our friends/family tour the waterworks wing?
We will issue Special Visitor badges for them to wear while in visiting waterworks.
Just ask the lifeguards or registration workers.
